Coffee and iTunes to go?

Starbucks will launch a complete music downloading system through their stores in the next 18 months, revealed the company’s Chair, Howard Schultz.
"Within 12 months, probably, you're going to be able to walk into a Starbucks and digitally be able to fill up your MP3 player with music," he said at a recent conference. And, when you consider the close ties Apple have with Starbucks, the iPod and iTunes must surely be a prime candidate for the MP3 player Schultz is talking about.
When you think about it though, there’s a lot more going on in this story than is initially revealed. AppleInsider, for one, logically presumed that, seeing as WiFi connections are available in Starbucks stores, the music would be downloaded in the same way. Therefore, is it not very possible that Apple are working on WiFi connectivity for the next generation of the iPod? Time will tell, but we promise to bring you any more information as and when it appears.
