How do I customise the iPod’s Main menu to display only the options I want?

Another little-known iPod fact is that you can fully customise the list of topics on the main menu, dropping ones that you’ll never use and adding ones that you can’t do without. From the main menu, go to Settings > Main Menu and then you can activate (or deactivate) any menu or sub-menu on your iPod to add or remove it from the main screen. Fancy adding a link to the Clock? Games? Or even Sleep (which puts the iPod into Sleep mode)? You’ve got it. And, if you ever yearn for the good old days, you can restore your iPod’s main menu to its original state by going to Settings > Main Menu > Reset Main Menu.
