I’ve got WMAs on my PC, but how do I get them into iTunes?

That’s an easy one, as all you have to do is drag and drop them into iTunes and the software will automatically convert them to an iTunes-friendly format for you. You may lose a slight amount of the track’s audio quality, but it shouldn’t be noticeable. If you want to do it properly though, and you have the original CDs that the WMA files came from, then it’s probably a better idea to re-rip the CDs from scratch.
