Friday update: New links

It’s Friday again, so that means we’re celebrating the end of the working week with another update to our links Directory. Here’s what we’ve got for you this week…
Convert your old iPod dock (Free Video) We’re still massive fans of Viewdo here at iPlay Collective, and this one we uncovered is a real gem. If you’ve got hold of an old iPod dock and want to convert it to hold the universal inserts that come with your newer iPod, then this short downloadable video will show you exactly how to do it.
The Russian – The Bees (Free Music) A great song from the musical funsters from the Isle of Wight. This instrumental track came from their Free The Bees album and is one of its highlights.
MystikBall (God Pod) Another great ‘application’ from Koloroo for any iPod able to display photographs. The MystikBall is a variation on the classic 8-Ball, in that you ask your iPod a question (like ‘Should I buy an iPhone?’) and your all-seeing, all-knowing iPod is now able to answer you.
Google Earth finds iPod – part 2 (Odd Pod) We’re usually cynical when someone says that they’ve found something interesting on Google Earth, especially when they describe it as a giant Native American wearing iPod headphones. Yeah right…
The iBox (Mod Pod) If you work in an office cubicle then this is a genius way to store your iPod. No, really. It’s great. Click on the link and see for yourself.
Fonejacker (Video Podcasts) Amazingly, the number one podcast at the moment is a video one based on the Fonejacker TV show on Channel 4. If you haven’t seen it, it’s a prank call show that’s funnier than you might think – even if it’s still been done better by The Jerky Boys.
