There’s another court case looming for Apple and the Army is also no fan of Apple, too. Why? Read on gentle reader, and all will be revealed…
Apple back in court We know that it’s pointless and also rather dull, but we feel duty bound to inform you that a Florida resident is bringing a class-action against Apple, claiming that the fact that the iPod is directly linked to iTunes is illegal. The person’s name is Frederick Black, so feel free to point and laugh at him if you know who he is. [Here]
No iTunes in the Army Bizarrely, the American Army has banned people from using iTunes. Apparently it’s something to do with the fact that iTunes can stream video – obviously. [Here]
Carphone Warehouse expect big things Tomorrow is officially ‘iPhone Day’ here in the UK, and we’re all beginning to get extremely excited at the prospect of collectively unwrapping our new phones. Possibly the most excited of all though, are the bosses at Carphone Warehouse, who comfortably predict that they’ll sell 10,000 iPhones in the first four hours of it going on sale – it’s launched at 6:02pm tomorrow evening. [Here]
And finally… Fancy spending $17,000 on a golf buggy with sporty wheels and an iPod adaptor? Really? Then feel free to rearrange the following words into a relevant phrase… ‘money’, ‘you’, ‘sense’, ‘have’, ‘than’ and ‘more’ [Here]
