EVENT: Touchscreen iPod

There will be joyous weeping on the streets of the world tonight, as Apple have done what we all hoped they would and announced that the touchscreen iPod is a reality.
It looks very similar to an iPhone, but at 8mm deep, it's a little thinner. Comes with the same-sized screen, multi-touch and the familiar 'Slide to unlock' feature.
And it has WiFi. Jobs has just said: "Others have done this before and failed" (meaning Microsoft). This is very big news.
