Are Apple about to reveal the iPod Touch?

The Apple website 9to5Mac have been at it again, with details of the next new high-end iPod, which they claim Apple are calling the iPod Touch.
The site claims to have a spy picture of the new 6G iPod, but rather than suffer the potential wrath of Apple, they’re just describing it and leaving the rest to our imaginations.
The iPod Touch is, apparently, very similar to the iPhone, but with a black rim – as opposed to the silver one on the iPhone. It’s slightly thicker too, which would indicate that Apple aren’t quite ready to move away from HD-based memory just yet.
The site believes – like the rest of the world – that the iPod Touch will come with a OS X operating system, but they also think that the new iPod will come with the same 480x320 screen, Coverflow browsing and a single navigation button.
A quick search of the Internet revealed no trace of the image, but to give you an idea of what Apple could be working on take a look at this Apple patent from last July (here).

I really want this new iPod, but common sense says to me that Apple won't release something that's so similar to the iPhone as Apple will loose sales from that. I'd also like to see the picture too!
