Apple To Go Flash With iPod Video?

Sources at component makers in Taiwan claim Apple is about to unveil a NAND flash-based iPod video later next month.
The sources say that the new iPod video will utilise the technology to offer 16Gb of storage.
It’s said that the launch will further exacerbate shortages of the flash storage technology, however, with the launch following in the wake of recently reported power outages at Samsung Electronics’ fabrication facilities.
