New Apple ad features Paul McCartney

Apple have posted a new iPod/iTunes ad online featuring Paul McCartney. Is this another EMI sweetener to pave the way for a quicker Beatles back catalogue on iTunes?
The short ad is for the single Dance Tonight, which is featured on McCartney’s new album, Memory Almost Full.
The ad is also being heavily playing on terrestrial television.
