iTunes gets another update, Apple TV finally shipped to UK and US, iPods used in French business school and wallpaper your iPod in an image of your choosing…
Apple update iTunes As expected, Apple has now updated the latest incarnation of iTunes – version 7.1.1. The fix claims to deal with previous ‘stability issues and minor incompatibility problems’, which we presume is referring to Vista. If you fancy it, you’ll find it here
Apple TV finally here As anyone who’s already ordered their Apple TV will now already know, Apple have started shipping Apple TV. Those who refer a more hands-on shopping experience and have decided not to order theirs online should get in contact with their local Apple retailer, as limited numbers should also start appearing in stores any day now.
Students learn via iPod A business school in Paris is teaching in a unique way, by offering videotaped sessions which can then be downloaded to a video iPod. The course began in March of last year and as well as offering sessions, the course also encourages the pupils to use iPods for in-class presentations. [Story via The Financial Times]
DIY paper iPod covers If you’ve always fancied covering your iPod in a custom paper cover with an image of your choosing but have always struggled with designing the template, then your dilemma is solved, as someone’s decided to do all the hard work for you. iPaperCraft allows you to upload your own images and it will then overlay it with a template for you to mark out your cover.
