Is it an iPhone? Not quite…

Meizu, an MP3 player manufacturer from the Far East has recently revealed a top-end smartphone of its own, and see if you can guess where its inspiration came from?
Originally titled the M8, Meizu’s MiniOne is the first (and we promise you that it won’t be the last) mobile phone that looks like it could have been separated at birth from the iPhone. Although we don’t have many details at present, we do know that it’ll have a replaceable battery (one point of originality to them, then), a 3 megapixel camera on the back and a smaller one on the front (possibly for video calls) and is down for a worldwide release at the end of the year.
There has been quite a bit of interest surrounding the MiniOne though – most of which we suspect is down to designers’ inspiration – but it’s definitely worth checking out the link to Digg below, just to read how people genuinely believe that this isn’t an iPhone clone.
