Apple are doing it for the kids
James Oakwood
0 comments 24 January 2007
Starting this March, Apple are launching a series of three in-store events for children, giving them hands-on experience of using GarageBand, iMovie or iPhoto.
Titled Jam (Make a song), Action (Make a movie), Snap (Make a photo album), the events are part of Apple’s Youth Workshops. Each one has been designed to appeal directly to children by emphasising the ease-of-use of the software and ensuring that, whatever project they sign up for, they come away with something they’ve created on the day.
