Jobs’ Keynote speech available as podcast

Imagine our surprise when we looked through the iTunes Store last night and noticed that Apple had released Steve Jobs’ Keynote as a podcast. Here are the highlights…
9:00 - Zune
Just nine minutes into the speech and Jobs has the opportunity to take a heavy powered slug at the Zune, as he quotes the sales figures for the player’s opening month – just two per cent of the market share.
26:20 – The iPhone
Jobs starts his iPhone announcement with the words: “This is a day I’ve been looking forward to for two-and-a-half years,” and it’s not hard to see why.
51:10 – ‘Not too shabby’
Showing off the iPhone’s conference calling abilities, Jobs calls both Jonathan Ive and Phil Schiller from Apple and has a three-way conference call. Ive, when asked to comment on the phone, says the understated classic: “It’s not too shabby.”
1:12:10 – Starbucks
To highlight the power of the iPhone, Jobs calls up Google Maps, finds a Starbucks branch over the road from the conference centre and orders 4,000 coffees to go. He doesn’t mention whether Apple will be picking up the tab, though.
1:41:50 – The TV Jammer
When there’s a glitch in the presentation software, Jobs pads effortlessly with a tale about when Woz and himself were in college and created a TV jammer, much to the delight of the assembled crowds.
