Keynote: Paramount added to iTunes Store
James Oakwood

Before mention of the iPhone, Steve Jobs also announced at his Keynote speech that Paramount will add its back catalogue of films (around 250) to the iTunes Store.
The important words here are ‘back catalogue’, as it means that no current releases will be immediately available – which we suspect is Paramount’s way of keeping both Apple and more traditional movie retailers happy at the same time.
The films are available from now and will cost $9.99, but what can you look forward to? Well Apple are keen to point out Paramount’s classic moments, which include Zoolander, Forrest Gump, School Of Rock, all six of the Star Trek movies and genuine timeless classics like Breakfast At Tiffany’s.
