New iTunes plug-in offers social music features

Soundcrank is a brand new iTunes plug-in for Windows that gives you the opportunity to share your listening habits with the rest of the world.
Soundcrank works by allowing you to create a ‘My Music’ page on the software’s website, which will then show your friends what you are listening to. The flipside to this is that you can obviously see what other subscribers are currently playing too, giving you the opportunity to discover new music.
The plug-in runs via the main iTunes window and also offers you the ability to automatically add any missing album art, as well as any song lyrics, too.
Soundcrank is currently only available for the PC, but we’re reliably informed that the developer’s are also working on a Mac version.
