Lionsgate enter the Apple den

Another movie company has joined the growing band of film distributors offering movies for download on the iTunes Store in America.
Apple claim that 150 films from Lionsgate will be available on the store by the end of the month, including such classics as Terminator 2, Basic Instinct, LA Story and The Blair Witch Project.
Although not quite in the same league as 20th Century Fox and Columbia TriStar, Lionsgate are a valuable addition to the Store, as they’re the number one independent film distribution company in the US.
Much like the deal with Paramount though, the films added to the Store will not include more recent titles.
