You can manually change track names (bit of a faff, though).
Select the track(s) you want to update, go to ‘File’ & then ‘Get Info’...... and you will be able to see which category to alter from the options it gives you.
Also, maybe try uploading the CD again whilst connected to the web ? The internet is often used by iTunes to update the track info.
There is probably a more tech-savvy method out there, but the ‘Get Info’ option does a job.
